Using VPN Split Tunneling for Websites only?

I recently switched from PIA to CyberGhost VPN and the latter doesn’t offer split-tunneling bypass for Windows programs like Plex server. Split-tunneling on Windows is only for web sites. Is there a Plex web address I could use via split-tunneling to retain remote connections to my Plex server? I’m guessing not, and I should go back to PIA where I can choose which Windows apps to bypass the VPN.

Not sure if this helps, but I use Nord VPN on my whole server, no split tunneling. And I do not have any issues with remote access.

Do you know if CyberGhost supports wildcards?

I don’t know if this is going to work but you could try the following websites with wildcards:

*.plex.direct

*.plex.tv

thanks, I’ll give it a go. I haven’t seen any ref to wildcards but it’s worth a shot.

yeah, I just cancelled CG and re enabled my PIA acct.
