I’m using Nord. You can press and hold on the country to open a list of cities I believe.

You can!! Click on “Countries” next to “Recent Connections.” It will then show you all the countries you can connect to and how many cities are available. Navigate to one, and it will give you the option to select a city!!

You can search for specific cities in the Nord AppleTV app

Same get it for free. I use my work VPN which has a mandatory VPN and old fashion HDMI it to my tv. It sucks but it’s free.

Make sure you set location access to never in the settings menu for the mlb app

I’ve never had an issue. I just make sure I pick a city that isn’t near either of the teams playing.

Basic service for me. I just connect to a server out of market for both teams.

Hmm. I’ve used it hundreds of times on my computer and never had that happen. The Apple TV with VPN has worked great all year. And also my projector has Android TV built in and it works great.

Nice! I don’t but at ~$150 per season I figure it’s less than a dollar each game.

Is PIA a VPN? I’m using Nord.

I haven’t had much luck with Nord or Surfshark and MLB.TV. Regardless of how far way a USA server is from either team playing with my local team, I’m still blacked out. I’ll keep trying though

edit: I see that I may need to turn off the location access in the settings app. I did that and will wait to see if I have any luck tonight

The downside is that it’ll interrupt during the most crucial plays of the game or be riddled with adult ads.

As an update: before I had only turned off location on the MLB TV app. Yesterday, I turned off location in the main general settings for Apple TV and now I can watch mlb with surfahark vpn

I did that for the MLB app settings. It didn’t do anything for me
