I will most likely edit my thread and add that you can buy Star+ for $10 a month and get all the ESPN channels in Mexico and also Series A matches as well. So it’s may suck since one way or another you’ll have to pay extra to see them but if you’re wanting to watch them specifically. I’ll added a chart here to make it easier for people of what subscription packages will work for which teams
Edit: Damn I just researched. If you’re a San Luis fan, you’re forced to pay for ESPN in Mexico. If you’re close enough to an Univision Station in the US then you can watch their games for free but damn that sucks
If you use a VPN and then go to star+ website you can subscribe with a credit card and then that’s it, no equipment or anything and you could use it in the US with a VPN to see the games star+ is around $200 pesos a month or $10
This used to be quite popular some +10 years or so and yes it can be done but you’ll have to find an installer to point your dish st the right direction, unless of course if you’re willing to do it on your own
I have an IPTV too but it seems that when NT plays all my IPTV streams also good bad. I still use IPTV for channels like Univision and what not but I can’t rely on it for NT matches anymore
Not a dumb question at all! I just had to look up and see what channel has the exclusive chivas games in Mexico which is canal 6.
Blim TV has a channel called afizzionados TV which is according to their site “En el canal afizzionados vive la pasión del deporte con partidos exclusivos de Chivas, Tigres y Atlas” so I would say yes! They do have the home Chivas games. I also checked for Juarez’s game today and that is also on Blim TV
I knew the VPN stuff always existed but I got interested in these services when I went to go visit Mexico last year as the prices for these are wayyyy better than playing fubo and I can rely on the streams so I dug into it more. Plus we need a guide written out like this to bring in as many people who want to watch liga mx
Of course. I put in my post that a 2 year plan with NordVPN is about $83 per year but another user said you can just VPN and then buy Windscribe for $2 USD or 40 pesos a month in Mexico so you can actually make it even cheaper than what I wrote down and have it to $24 a year or $78 USD for blim and VPN per year
Totally can do it with a VPN on your iPhone. I have a Roku tv with AirPlay on it and tried it on my Apple TV as well and connected via a VPN and then on the top right corner of the video player there’s a appletv/AirPlay Icon, click that then the TV and it works perfectly. That’s how I run my normal setup to watch tv
Agree. Big events tend to suffer due to how severe traffic is. I usually look around and see if any streams work better. Nowadays I usually watch NFL on Fox Sports lol.
That’s because live sports always need large CDNs in order to handle all the traffic in big events, I doubt iptv services that are very much legal can have a CDN in place even if they wanted to
