Hi, it is called “Lavish northern Tall window” for 2000 coins in the shop>structure>windows. The wooden texture was just a graphic, in reality it has another design. If you want to build the exact house in the loading screen, you can do so via the blueprints in blueprints>blueprints workshop> official template. (the very first one). The part u circled is part of the window i stated above.
